The FUTURE of business strategy

We stopped competing....and maybe you should too.

Whether you own your own business or are part of a large organisation, you have probably asked yourself this question at some point in the past:

"how can we compete as a business in such a saturated market?"

Or maybe you have asked yourself...

"how do I turn around the low margins, the lack of sales, the slow growth in my business?"

I know I have asked myself both these questions MANY times in the past...and when I FINALLY discovered the answer, I was surprised just how it powerful it was.

The answer to these commonly asked questions, I discovered is actually super simple...

You don't compete.

That's right,

You don't compete - with ANYONE.

Remember this...that as a business leader, entrepreneur, change-maker, thought leader...

You are in the business of creation.

Idea creation. Product creation. Emotion creation.

You create product offerings that are unlike any other out there.

You are the master of your own universe.

You create from nothing.

You create a cocktail of emotion that your customers have never experienced before, AND CAN ONLY GET FROM YOU!

What does this mean?

It means, that you don't to compete with anyone or anything, because you are the ONLY one doing what you do. Customers have no choice but to buy from you. You have created a 'need' or 'want' that didn't exist before - and now you are fulfilling your customers need.

Simple, right?

So, how do you carve out a niche in 'your industry'?

Well, I want you to focus NOT on trying to carve out a niche in 'your industry' - but on creating an entirely NEW industry - with only you in it.

How do you do that exactly...?

Well, that is a topic for another post, but for now, all I need you to know this...

You compete with no-one, your business is one of a kind - and so are you.

Talk soon,

Geoff
